i want to change my email because my current email is locked and i can't do anything without email and iam trying to contact customer support but i always get an advisor will send email to you soon message but i don't have access to email i want to talk to someone in live chat please

What did our live support team say when you spoke with them, did they attempt to verify account ownership with you?
If you can't verify account ownership with the team then it would be worth reaching out to your email provider to see if they can assist you in gaining access to your email account again.
