I had just redownloaded the game and it only shows the guest option but I want to login to my ea account what do I do I deleted the game deleted the guest account so it would take me to the login page but it still only shows the guest option

It sounds like the game might be recognizing your account as underage and below the minimum age requirement, so it's only offering the option to play as a guest.
