Forcible Binding

So my main Xbox account has been forcibly bound to an EA account against my will, i never bound my account to the email and the email is also compromised. I cannot unlink my account from it regardless of whether i have evidence I'm the owner of the Xbox account, I opened several cases about it where i was both told i could if i proved my ownership of the xbox account, to which i provided details DIRECTLY from the account, only to be denied, I then just to prove my identity collected evidence of my access to the Xbox Account, Microsoft Email, Xbox Console, Model and Serial number as well as a direct reference to a Microsoft case and the email entailing the proof has been ignored, and i have just been told to "gather emails and information" on it when talking with agents instead of given actual assistance. I did not consent to being bound to the account and I have been trying now for a week to unlink it with no proper help or support.
