Forgot email address

I do not have access to the email address I used to create my EA account that is linked to my PlayStation account, and now I cannot unlink it from my PlayStation account. Does anyone know how to help?

    Account related issues can be resolved with the help of EA support. If you are able to prove that it's your account, they will assist you with the linking process.
