Game launch and support

For a little over a week now I haven't been able to play the sims 4 because there's an error on Ea's end that causes the launch to fail. I've tried repairing the app and reported the issue several times and still no update. I used ea. help to see if there were other solutions and none have worked. It seems really hard to get in contact with anyone.
