how can I play the ea sports games that I have purchased if it will not let me link from my xbox to my ea account...PLEASE HELP RESOVE THIS

Community ManagerThis message means that the Xbox gamertag you're trying to use was already linked to your EA account, but no longer is. At some point it was unlinked. You will not be able to link a gamertag to that same EA account. You will either need to use a different gamertag or create a new EA account and link your existing gamertag to it.
are you saying i can create a new ea account and match the gamer tag on my xbox and it will link up?

No. You would need to create a new EA account and link your gamertag. However, it won't be carrying over any content or progress from the previous account. If you haven't spoken with an advisor yet, it would be good to run it by them in case there's anything they can do to help. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here.
