Have I done something wrong with customer support?
Earlier I was able to contact customer support for an issue with my account, and was able to get to an actual person after a few minutes. However, my computer then powered off for an unrelated reason and I wasn't able to resume the chat, as hitting "resume ticket" didn't take me back. Now whenever I create a ticket it seems like it hasn't initiated anything and it doesn't even give me my place in line. I'm willing to be patient, but I'd prefer not to wait multiple days only to realize that it wouldn't have gone through anyways.
