Help delinking random EA account from my PS account

Hi Guys, just as the title says I am trying to link my Playstation to this EA account that I am posting this off now but it says it's already connected to another email, I think it is the email of an old girlfriend, is there anyway for me to unlink rather than contacting her to do so?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
