Hi there, this message means that your PSN account is already linked to an EA account that is currently disabled. To fix that, you will need to first re-enable the account. You can do that by resetting the password. If your EA login credentials have expired, try resetting your EA Account password. This helps in most cases. Once that's done, you should be able to manage your EA account connections again.
