How do I unlink this from my PlayStation account?

Hello, I tried linking my newest EA account to my PSN account and it says I've already linked other account but I have no idea what this account(pa*****@lettersboxmail.com) is, Is there any way to unlink this account from my PSN account?

    You will need to contact an advisor to get the email address updated. They need to verify you own the account. Then they should be able to make changes for you. Use the contact us button at the bottom of the page to open a case.

    I don't know if I'm dumb enough not able to find that the article has any solution to unlink an account which doesn't belong to me and I don't even know this email address(pa*****@lettersboxmail.com) nor password so there is no way for me to log in and unlink it from my PSN account.

    Hi there. We have an article for unlinking accounts here that should help. Unfortunately, content and progress do not carry over when moving a platform account to a new EA account. Just something to keep in mind.
