How do I unlink this from my PlayStation account?

Hello, I tried linking my newest EA account to my PSN account and it says I've already linked other account but I have no idea what this account(pa*****@lettersboxmail.com) is, Is there any way to unlink this account from my PSN account?

    You will need to contact an advisor to get the email address updated. They need to verify you own the account. Then they should be able to make changes for you. Use the contact us button at the bottom of the page to open a case.

    If you have submitted cases, you'll need to wait for a response. Unfortunately, I don't have any other options for chatting with an advisor. Chat should normally be an option when choosing the topic for "Update EA account".

    I can’t ply BF6 because my PSN is linked to a random email. I can’t unlink it. Why are you guys making this so hard for us to play. I want to give you my money but this is insanity. And I’m not the only one dude.
