HOW do you ACTUALLY contact EA?
My account was hacked 2 years ago and there seems to be no way to actually contact EA. I tried creating as support case, but any information is going to be emailed to the email of whoever took over my account. I tried their chatbot that's apparently in beta and it just keeps erroring and asking the same questions over and over again but doesn't actually provide any useful information. This has been SO maddening trying to get this resolved.
HOW THE HECK DO YOU ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEBODY AT EA TO GET THIS FIXED??? No phone numbers, no emails, no support tickets, no chatbots, so what are you left with? This is why I'm resorting to this forum to get some answers and hopefully get this fixed, but I'm not at all hopeful this will get resolved.

if you've lost access to an account due to a hacker years ago, then the only way to potentially get it back is through support. Please try and contact them as a guest, so that the e-mails reach you and not the hacker. In general, you should be able to start a live chat and talk to someone from support directly, if you choose a topic that has to do with login issues or a hacked account.
