I’m convinced they just don’t care
It’s no way there are so many case of the same situation and every single one I’ve seen hasn’t gotten a solution it’s actually sad that something as simple as trying to update info or have a account just removed all together is such a hassle yet we spend all this money on games just to have them taken with no solution
