I am Unable To Create a Case for my Battlefield 6 issue

I have a problem loading the Eastwood map it crashes to desktop every time I try and launch it.

I cannot create a case as when I submitted my report online, (Report ID: 348b08c9-58ce-423c-b8b3-184e4b78896b) the option to create one or speak to an advisor isn't there.

I do not have any bans on my account.
