I can’t log into my account so I literally cannot play the game?

Been playing Battlefield 6 since launch. Tried to play  today and it’s asking me to go to an email that isn’t mine to sign into? So it’s asking me to get the code from an email but this email has nothing to do with me or my PlayStation account? Literally cannot get in contact with Ea pulling my hair out how am I ever going to be able to get online? I’ve had to make this new account on here to post to try and get some help? The help chat just says to me this isn’t something we offer support on and I can’t get through to an agent.

    In the same boat friend, can't make any headway either. Playstation says only EA can unlink it but cannot access a live chat with EA or find an email to fix this.

    Also having this same issue with BF6 and UC24, not tried any other EA games as yet, email is unrecognised and there is no way to do a simple account retrieval, my lad can’t get online for £70 purchase early Xmas present, not good.
