I can’t verify email

I have tried to play many EA games like apex legends, skate 4, madden, and more. the point is that when me and my dad tried to verify his email it gave me an error screen. “Error code: 852146987

Failed to connect ti EA services. Please check your internet and try again.”

I was connected to the internet. I’ve also was able to play these games before so i have no idea why it won’t work. Thank you for your time.
