I have tried to raise the case twice on EA Help, and it doesn't seem to get anywhere, as neither submission has appeared under the "My Cases" section, unless this only appears once EA have responded to it. I'm quite patient, but waiting over a week for something this simple to be looked into, let alone rectified, is ridiculous even with the extra demand currently.

5 months agoI'm sorry to hear that you couldn't reach out to support yet. If there are no cases appearing under "My Cases" tab, please try to contact EA Help while logged out. When you're filling out the form, select "Update EA account" as the topic, which should give you the option to start a chat. Let me know if you have any other questions.
