Issues with my Accounts and Account Linkage
- I went to sign into EA, and clicked the PlayStation ICON to log in. When logging into my account, it says my email is currently one that no longer exists. How can I get that changed because every time I try it says it has to send a verification to that email but it doesn’t exist.
- However, when attempting to change my password utilizing my EACONNECT ID, it says that account is linked to some Hotmail email account that I have never owned. it just says “verify by sending to Pa*****@Hotmail.com”. So how is signing in through PlayStation linked to one account and logging thru the username I use linked to another?
- regardless I cannot access either of them and I would like to, can someone PLEASE teach me what to do
