linked account issue

when i sign in to EA it shows none of my consoles linked to my EA account, when i try to link to my Xbox it gives me a warning that my Xbox account is already linked to my account. so why is it showing it as not linked and then giving me a warning that it is? im trying to playtest skate. and this is holding me up.. any information any could give would be helpful. i cant get through to an actual person that works for EA to have them help me.
