Linking account and unlinking old account

Hi I play battlefield and need for speed on my PlayStation 5 and it says for me to play the game I need to get into my old account but here’s the catch I haven’t had that account in 6 plus years and I’ve deleted the email to it years ago so now I’m trying to unlink that ea games account out of my ps5 but however I cannot because everytime I try to get in contact with EA games support they don’t help me their support services are trash they can’t even email me back I’m asking for a simple help thing here and they can’t even help me I’ve been waiting on the chat thing for 3 days straight and got no one to help me and my only form of communication is my iPhone so I don’t know how to communicate with EA games and play my nfs and my battlefield if I cannot gain access to my own dang account it’s been very disappointing trying to get help and they have a help canter but it’s been garbage
