Lost access to account email
I have been trying to connect my ea account on my xbox with all my apex skins to my ps5 but in order to do that you need to verify the email. The email is old and I no longer have access to it. Ea support has told me the same thing for 2 days now they say I have to open an online Ea game on a recognized device which is my xbox. The pop up to change emails will not come up. I have told ea support this over and over , I have talked to at least 10 different agents at this point and none of them will help me. The recognized device system is clearly broken. I can prove ownership of accunt, I am on the account right now posting so clearly its mine.
