Lost access to my email address and cant cofirm my log in.

 ive always played games on my playstation but reecently started playing on PC i went to log in on me EA account and they wanted me to verify my identy with my email. the thing is my email is my dads...

I did that about an hour ago. do you know how long it takes? it also isnt showing up in "my cases" does that mean it didnt go through?

    I am having the same issue and have been trying to get this fixed for about a month to no avail nothing ever shows up in cases either.

    Most likely, that's the issue. You can try creating another case.
