Missed Season Rewards (Hurricane Melissa - Jamaica)

Hi EA Team,

I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to share that my country, Jamaica, was recently hit very hard by the hurricane, and I was without electricity and internet for over a week. Most of us are still without electricity and internet and are struggling to play the game we love. The storm caused widespread damage and major disruptions, and during that time, I couldn’t access my account or play at all.

Because of this, I missed the end of the season items and was not able to claim my rewards or packs. It was really disappointing, especially after putting in so much effort during the season, but the situation was completely out of my control.

I’m reaching out in hopes that my case can be reviewed, and if possible, to see whether I could be considered for any kind of restoration or compensation for the missed items. I have always enjoyed being part of the EA community, and I just wanted to explain what happened during such a challenging week for us here in Jamaica.
