MISSING HEIRLOOMS AND SKINS HELP!!!!

Hello EA Support,

I’m contacting you because several items are missing from my Apex Legends account.

I previously had two heirlooms, but both of them are now missing from my account. I’m also missing all of my skins and other cosmetics that I previously owned.

I played Apex Legends on PlayStation (PS4/PS5), and these items were available on my account before I stopped playing. When I returned to the game, I noticed that they were gone.

Could you please investigate my account and check what happened to my missing heirlooms, skins, and other cosmetics? I would really appreciate any help recovering them.
