My account was unfairly suspended

I urgently need to speak with a live chat advisor about this issue. I’ve already submitted multiple requests, but I’m still not connected to a live chat. What exactly should I do to get connected to live chat for this matter? You’re completely wasting my time at this point — please help me quickly.

    Hello yell0wpanda​,

    it's not possible to contact Support through a live chat regarding disputing bans and suspensions. These are handled through e-mail alone. Please wait until the dispute has been looked into and you get a reply. There's nothing else that can be done in this situation.

    I urgently need help before my 24-hour refund window expires. I purchased F1 25, but it does not work with my PlayStation controller at all. I spent all my playtime trying to make it work, even via Steam, but nothing solved the issue. I requested a refund only 2 hours after purchase, yet I’ve received no reply for over 20 hours. Now, when I try to submit a refund form, it always fails with: POST https://help.ea.com/data/self-service/v1/returnCase 500 (Internal Server Error). The refund system is completely unusable for me, and I cannot reach a live chat advisor through normal channels. Please connect me to live chat immediately so this can be resolved before the deadline. plz plz plz
