My Xbox Account is linked to an unknown EA account

I really need help! So Recently I tried connecting my Xbox account to my EA account so that I could get back into Apex Legends but when I would try to connect to EA servers I would get an error message . So I proceed to log into my EA account and I noticed that my Xbox account isn't linked. After I fill out the information required to connect my account I receive a pop up stating that my account has already been linked to another EA account and I don't recognize the email at all. So is there anyway that I can get my Xbox account linked back to my EA account or am I out of luck? Thankyou in advanced.
