Need to speak to a live agent

i'm also after the same thing - contacting EA is near impossible, you fill in a form and here nothing. cant find an option to contact anyone. 

No matter how many "Case numbers" I receive for seeking support unlinking my account, nobody ever replies. There is virtually no way to get a hold of anyone. No live chat feature, no phone number, and no customer support email, only an automated one that literally tells you to just read one of their articles. absolute joke
