No response from EA compromised EA account.

Question

Sk I was hacked awhile ago and someone got access to my xbox email. Never figured out how it happened changed my password and setup authenticator. Well go to login to bf6 for beta and tells me to verify a email ive never seen. The domain is talktaik.online ive never used this and think I just figured out how my xbox email was compromised.

Ive sent emails to EA help with no response been about 5 days now. I do the "contact us" but it doesn't say there is a open case. Ive never seen a option to chat. I'm trying to get this situated before next weekends last beta days and worry I won't get any help from EA. Does anyone know how I can get the chat or why when I send a email through contact us says I have no open cases. Please someone help.

When you get met with a disconnect or "transfer" to nobody, submit a BBB complaint against EA regarding this issue and their CS.

So I did it for third time and this is the first time I see a option to chat. I clicked the chat option and it gives me a ticket number and I received a email. Thanks! I swear I did that before never had that option. Ive been waiting tp chat for hour and half now but I'm just happy I got a email with a case. I'll keep waiting for a chat agent. Thanks again

Glad to hear you got the case crated. Wait times are unfortunately very long at the moment. They will respond when your position comes up in the queue though.
