Community ManagerHello. What is happening when you click on the "Contact us" button on this page? It should let you open a case with an advisor.
So I did it for third time and this is the first time I see a option to chat. I clicked the chat option and it gives me a ticket number and I received a email. Thanks! I swear I did that before never had that option. Ive been waiting tp chat for hour and half now but I'm just happy I got a email with a case. I'll keep waiting for a chat agent. Thanks again

Glad to hear you got the case crated. Wait times are unfortunately very long at the moment. They will respond when your position comes up in the queue though.
