So I did it for third time and this is the first time I see a option to chat. I clicked the chat option and it gives me a ticket number and I received a email. Thanks! I swear I did that before never had that option. Ive been waiting tp chat for hour and half now but I'm just happy I got a email with a case. I'll keep waiting for a chat agent. Thanks again
