Password reset

Ea support is genuinely a joke been trying to sort this issue out for a little bit now and it just seems like it’s going nowhere and it’s crazy because it seems like many other are having this issue ...

Tested it just now LegitLegacy101​ and was able to reset the password on my account using the forgotten password option.

Can you try it that way?

    I have been trying it that way and it just says  it has encountered an error
