Perma Banned after account got hacked

 At the first of  April this year I got the heart breaking message that I got permanently banned. I didn't expect to be permanently banned as I had made all possible actions to regain my account.

About a week before my ban I discovered my EA account was hacked and my email was changed. I don't know how or when they did it exactly as i didn't get a mail that my email was changed but when I tried to log in I didn't get my 2FA mail to access my account and instead got a odd mail shown that was linked to the account. (the email in the file is NOT mine) I instantly contacted the support and relinked my mail and password to my account now this didn't lock the hacker out as he still had access to my account and wasn't locked out. I've done over 20 appeals and every single one has been declined even with the notes put on my account. I've played apex Legends from the beginning and had a lovely time and over the 5 years of playing I've put a lot of money in it. I NEED HELP.

    Please be aware we cannot assist with account issues here on the forum.

    I think you need to re-re-secure the account and associated e-mail account.

    First off submit a ticket to re-secure the account:

    If you believe you have been hacked take appropriate measures to secure your account and associated e-mail account https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/secure-hacked-ea-account/

    After the account is re-secured then you can appeal the ban. You should provide info regarding the re-securing of the account with you ban appeal. 

    If you believe that a sanction (Suspension/Ban) placed on your account was by mistake you should reach out to the Terms of Service team https://help.ea.com/za/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    I have re-resecured my account before done eveery possible 2FA including a back up email. i have pointed this out before as well yet every time i mail or appeal it is declined. i have provided the ss in the message above and even a transcript of the re secure chat i had with a customer service employee.

    RadicalxAce​ since it looks like at least to me the the re-securing of the account did not fully fix the problem I would contact EA via the link about hacked account again and do that again. Yes that might be a pain but I think it is worth the try. and then once that is done try the Ban appeal.
