Permanent EA account ban. False action.

My partners account has been banned. All because of one false flag chat in battlefield 6. We're honestly beside ourselves, I'm not even sure if anything like this will help but we are trying anything...

    Hey UndercoverMusic​ understand that it is upsetting but the only person who can discuss an account is the account owner. 

    If they have appealed and they have been denied then it would mean that after an independent investigation by a member of the team they found evidence to support the ban and when this happens they will not be able to remove a sanction.

    All we can do is recommend that your partner gathers as much additional info as possible and appeal with our team again

    Sorry we cannot do more on the forums.

I mostly was posting to make people aware of the situation. That the appeal process is unfair and not being reviewed by a person. We have proof of this as the content in the emails does not match the issue. 

It was posted to make someone anyone aware that there should be changes made in the process. Especially in matters like this. Where this heavily impacts someone's life. 17 years of spending and memories, thrown away without even a shred of evidence shown. 

We're just beside ourselves and wouldn't want anyone else to be in this situation. I hope some good can come of this, even if it's to help someone else in the future.
