Playtest Form isn't allowing completion

I've recently signed up for the 12 March to 14 March- North America At-Home, Shooter 1-on-1 Player Interview Session and it isn't allowing me to complete it. After clicking onto the form, I filled out all the information that was needed. Once that was finished, I had gotten to the page where it said that I had registered for the playtest (yay!) and that the next page I would be directed to, would take me to an NDA that would need to be signed. I then pressed the button to hopefully be sent to the NDA page, just for it to tell me that there was an issue and that I'd be sent back to the main playtesting website (sad). So then I try to click back in hoping all I needed to do was refill out the form and everything would be fine, except I was hit with the exact same message in the exact same way. I then tried one more time to go into the form to fill it out again except this time, it was a completely blank screen with a tiny loading wheel. I waited to see if the wheel would complete spinning but instead, it sent me right back to the main website. I've contacted support and we haven't found a fix for it yet. Has anyone else been having this issue or anything similar?
