Pro Clubs connection issue

For 3 days I’ve been trying to get onto pro clubs , I’ve restarted everything Xbox , WiFi . I’ve uninstalled the game and re-downloaded and I still can’t get onto pro clubs whilst my mates can.

can someone please please help
