Problem with verifying account

Hello. I have a problem with verifying account. I install The sims 4 for free on the Steam. I have EPs too, but on the EA APP. When I click play game on the Steam, It want from me identity verification by EA APP. But, problem is, that, there is written other E-mail for verifying than I have. So, from this reason I can´t verifying identity. I don´t know, which E-mail address it is, but my E-mail address isn´t it. Can you help me with this problem? I can send you image of this problem. Can you give me some tips for fixing this problem? 

I don´t know, where can I ask for help. Only here. Thank you for help.
