PSN Account Linking & Live Chat Problem

Hello,

A PSN account that I do not own has been linked to my EA account without my knowledge. I have no connection with the owner of that account. Now, I have my own PSN account and I want to link it, but it is stated that the link is permanent. Since I did not make the connection, is it possible for me to link my own account?

PS: I tried to contact live chat, but I couldn't respond to the cases because I didn't receive any notifications or replies. However, in one of my cases, it shows that I was sent four messages, but I never received them. I believe there might be an issue with your live chat system. Right now, I also can't create a new case or resume my existing cases.

    Hey, sorry to hear you had some issues with chat. Regarding account linking, if you can log into the EA Site, you can unlink or change the email there.

    If you cannot log in with your EA account, you can with another account like Steam, Xbox, PS Etc. Ultimately, it would be up to Live Support to get that taken care of if you can't on your end.

    Thanks, but I'm still getting the same error. This is not my account, and I have no access to this account or its owner.

    spooncus So if that is not your account, then live support has to secure the account with you and get everything unlinked. If you are not able to log into that EA account or unlink it, support is the only one who can. Community Managers are not support and therefore we don't have the option of doing that here.

    I finally managed to create a case and connect to the chat. I was told that I would be contacted via email within 72 hours, but I haven't received any email. It says that updates are received during the day, as shown in the images, but I don't see any updates in the case. The support/ticket system is really inefficient, and it's impossible to find someone to communicate with.

    When I click the "Resume Case" button, it just takes me back to the page with my cases. It's really difficult to find a way through this.

    2 gündür bekliyorum desteği ama cevap vermediler fixed yazıyor ve başka talepte açamıyorum çözdüysen anlatır mısın

    Selam, aptal bir sistemleri var. Live chat'e bağlanmak için talebi açtıktan sonra gelen "Talep Açıldı" ekranından çıkabileceğin söyleniyor ama çıkma. Çıkarsan chat popup'ı açılmıyor :D. Oradan destek için derdini anlattıktan sonra seni 72 saat içine mail yoluyla dönecekleri şeklinde bilgilendiriyorlar. Benim durumumda 4 gün sonra tekrar sordum chatten, neden geri kaldıklarını bilmediklerini, acil şekilde geri dönüş yapacaklarını söylediler. 2 gün oldu bu konuşma olalı, şimdi bir mail aldım, tekrar durumu anlattım o arkadaşa, bakalım ne zaman geri dönecekler. Chat ile sürekli konuşmak için de caselerinin olduğu sayfadaki yeşil yanan kutudaki case durumunu kontrol etmelisin. Oyuncu bekleniyor gibi şeyler yazıyorsa case'e girip "Resume Case" deyip oradaki açılan destek sayfasından tekrar yeni chat başlatman gerekiyor, aynı case içinde açılacak. Kusura bakma **bleep** bakamıyorum iş durumumdan ötürü, biraz geç cevap vermiş oldum.
