PSN LINKED TO WRONG EA ACCOUNT

I can’t link my psn account to my EA account because it’s already linked.

The two step authentication I don’t recognise the email or phone number. 

WHAT DO I DO PLEASE??

    All you can do is sit and wait for an adviser for 5+ hours only to be accepted when your busy the get you issue marked as solved despite not speaking to anyone

    What do you think I’ve been doing? I’ve tried contacting them multiple times only to be told my issue has been solved when I didn’t even speak to anyone

    having the exact same problem and if I don't get it sorted out il'll probably headbutt someone 

  • Same problem here, I got through whilst I was sleeping and they marked it as customer unavailable. No notification to say I got through. Now I have to wait another 5+ hours :( 

  • File a Better Business Bureau complaint.  When (if) you finally get a customer support rep, they will have you verify the hacker EA account, which you will be unable to do because it isn't your EA account.  There is no way for you to have knowledge of their account activity, IP address, bio info, etc.  Then they will tell you they can't verify the account and refuse to unlink your PSN from the account for you relink it to this account.  They are prioritizing hacker security over the accounts of paying customers.  Report it to the BBB so we can apply pressure for them to update this stupid system.  I don't understand how this is so difficult.  We can prove in a million ways that we own the Xbox/PSN/Steam Accounts but they refuse to unlink them.

    Hi guys,

    Thank you all for the advice.

    Here's an update of what's happening so far. 

    I have logged a case with them multiple times. What happens is I wait hours for them to connect and sometimes I miss them and they close my case with no resolution. 

    Other times they will send an email saying they connected and send me link to the home page for EA.... Which is useless.  I can't even communicate with them. When I click into the case the speech bubble is gone.  My only option is to add another issue to the case which restarts the queue. 

    I cant put into words how frustrating this has been.
