PSN LINKED TO WRONG EA ACCOUNT

I can’t link my psn account to my EA account because it’s already linked. The two step authentication I don’t recognise the email or phone number. WHAT DO I DO PLEASE??

All you can do is sit and wait for an adviser for 5+ hours only to be accepted when your busy the get you issue marked as solved despite not speaking to anyone
