File a Better Business Bureau complaint. When (if) you finally get a customer support rep, they will have you verify the hacker EA account, which you will be unable to do because it isn't your EA account. There is no way for you to have knowledge of their account activity, IP address, bio info, etc. Then they will tell you they can't verify the account and refuse to unlink your PSN from the account for you relink it to this account. They are prioritizing hacker security over the accounts of paying customers. Report it to the BBB so we can apply pressure for them to update this stupid system. I don't understand how this is so difficult. We can prove in a million ways that we own the Xbox/PSN/Steam Accounts but they refuse to unlink them.
