Someone help me. I can't delete my account

Hi, I have as spare account, which I didn't know even existed and I want to delete. Tried contacting them, nothing happened. No one responds to any cases, and when trying to press "resume case" nothing happens, I'm stuck in a loop and no one can help me. In the end I had to close both cases, because I was tired and almost had a meltdown.... 😢

    Hello Anonymous,

    As of now only EA support can assist you with this. Try talking to EA support via the email option.

    I don't eveb have an option to talk to them via email... Only chat and it is now gone

    It is IMPOSSIBLE to have any account or data deleted from EA’s system. I have tried and tried for months. I keep getting the run-around. They don’t want to remove any accounts because it hurts their bottom line. All about the $$$ collected from your accounts and sensitive personal data.

    While you may well be having a difficult experience, it is incorrect to claim that EA Help aren't removing an account due to concerns for the bottom line or so on. There are many factors that can cause issues with deleting accounts, such as being unable to confirm ownership or the account being banned etc, but generally speaking they will honour the request.

    Update before this account will be deleted: As i found out later, it was because this aacount was supposed to be deleted, but the data about it was still there. I had to as for "Right to be forgotten"
