Steam ID locked to a DELETED EA account. Cannot play Battlefield V!

Hello,

I am writing this post because EA Support has completely failed to resolve my issue over several weeks. All contact options (Live Chat, Email) are blocked on your website, and my support cases have been closed without resolution.

The problem is NOT resolved. My Steam account (ID: 76561199387845422) is currently locked to my OLD, INACCESSIBLE EA account (ID: matvey80808, Email: [edit: email address removed]), which has a DELETED Google email. I cannot log in or play the purchased game, Battlefield V.

Previous Case Numbers (Closed without resolution): #227473472 and #222921674.

I need a moderator or consultant to IMMEDIATELY UNLINK my Steam account so I can link it to my working EA account (plusmunus).

I can verify ownership.

Please escalate this issue internally. Thank you.

    Hey p1usmunus​ there is nothing we can do here on the forum as that's not the right place for it.
    We don't have any access to EA Accounts, therefore, the only ones that can help you sort this out are our EA Game Advisors.

    You can open get in touch with them here.
    If you encounter any error while filling the form, try with a different browser or device, try with your phone using your phone's connection, or even try as a guest!

    For the issue type, select "Link my EA Account" and then complete the form with the necessary information!

    Thank you for your response EA_Garrus​ , but your advice is unfortunately not helpful.

    I have already attempted the official contact methods you suggested for weeks. All my support cases (#227473472 and #222921674) were closed by your advisors on November 7th WITHOUT resolution, and WITHOUT contacting me via email. The system currently blocks all Live Chat and Email support options when I use the "Link my EA Account" topic (and other topics).

    As an official EA moderator, you must understand that the official support channels are broken.

    I am requesting that you personally ESCALATE this issue internally to a senior Game Advisor, as I have been locked out of my purchased game (Battlefield V) for weeks due to an inaccessible EA account (matvey80808) linked to a deleted email.

    I have provided all my verification data in my original post. Please escalate this now.
