Steam linked to a random Chinese EA account?

So I rarely use the EA app, but I just tried to link my steam to it and it is giving me this message: Your accounts can’t be linked because your Steam account Wisey already linked to your EA Account for cm*****@tk-home.cn. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime. I have no way of contacting support privately as there is zero live chat or way to submit a ticket. 

I am from England I don't know what this email is and I have no way to remove my steam account from this EA account because I don't have access to that email nor the EA account associated with it. Can someone please explain what I need to do. If anyone is here from EA can you please unlink my account from this Chinese account? I can provide any evidence you need.
