Subject: Appeal for Ban Review – Apex Legends

Dear EA Support Team,

 

My Apex Legends account was compromised, leading to a ban for actions I did not commit. I have since secured my account by updating my password, enabling two-factor authentication, and reviewing all security settings.

 

I kindly request a review of the ban, as I have always played fairly and deeply value the integrity of the Apex Legends community. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in reinstating my account.

 

The case (#224440329) shows as fixed but remains unresolved. Please help.
