Subject: Request to Review Ban – Apex Legends
Dear EA Support,
I believe my Apex Legends account (EA ID: DragonR9_Gamer) was compromised, resulting in a ban for actions I did not commit. To resolve this, I have secured my account by updating my password, enabling two-factor authentication, and reviewing all settings.
I have always played fairly and value the Apex Legends community. I kindly request a review of the ban and assistance in restoring my account.
The case (#224440329) status shows “fixed,” but the issue remains unresolved. Please help.
