The sims
I logged into my EA account and it’s saying I don’t have any packs or the sims 3 anymore I don’t know why it shows that i purchased it but it’s saying I have to rebuy them what’s wrong?

What do you mean exactly by "It shows that I purchased it but it’s saying I have to rebuy them"? Whenever an issue like this pops up it's due to not logging in on the right account, but could you maybe share a screenshot of what you're seeing?
