Why me? I didn't get an email telling me to have a real-time chat with the counselor. I've had a few service inquiries for a week, but I haven't received a real-time chat email from the counselor. I have no problem getting another email from EA. I don't get a real-time chat email. Does anyone know the problem? Please help.
