Unable to connect to FC26

Dear EA support,

I am contacting you because for the past couple of hours, I have been trying to get my game, EA FC 26 , to launch. I have around 60 hours on the game and I play on PC, and for some reason today it stopped working. I have tried to contact you through your website, but it kept redirecting me to connection and WIFI issues. 

When I try to launch the game, it gives me a crash error as well as a crash dump file. I do not know what to do with them. I cannot attach them here, but i have a screenshot of the error message. 

I am looking forward for your help, as FC26 is one of my favorite games and I would like to keep playing it.
