Unable to get back into my ea account on ea sports fc 26

I have tried contacting ea support however nothing is working. I am unable to get back into my ea account on the game ‘ea fc sports 26’ due to no longer having access to the email and phone number it is connected to can anyone give me suggestions on how to resolve this issue please, thank you.
