Apologies, I'm not sure I understand this part:
The EA side is giving me an error to reset my password. I did so, and it still will not work.
Were you able to successfully reset your password? What error popped up when you tried? If you can reset your password, your email will be updated on your EA account as our EA Help guide shares:
This means your EA account has expired and has been disabled, usually because of inactivity. To fix it, find the right email you used for that EA account and reset your password.
